Applying alone does not give ICYU permission to publish your work. To offer the specific existing content linked above for use, read the terms and check the separate permission box.

Read content-use terms

Permission applies only to the existing content specifically linked in this submission. You keep ownership. You grant Tru Official, LLC, operating ICYU Brand, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license for 12 months from submission to reproduce and display that content, and your name, handle and likeness within it, on ICYU’s website, product listings, organic social posts and email marketing. No payment, merchandise or publication is promised for this voluntary submission.

ICYU may resize, crop, add accessible captions and make minor formatting edits without materially changing your appearance, the garment or the meaning of your statements. Paid ads, account access, AI likeness generation and licensing to unrelated businesses are not included and require separate written agreement. You confirm you own the content or have written permission sufficient to grant these uses, including the photographer’s and any other identifiable adult’s permission. Do not submit content showing minors or containing unlicensed music, artwork or other third-party material.

You may ask support@icyubrand.com to stop new uses; ICYU will stop new uses and remove copies it controls within 30 days of receiving the request. Previously sent emails and third-party shares may remain outside ICYU’s control. ICYU may decline, remove or stop using content. Credit will be agreed where needed; it does not replace permission. This submission grants no rights to ICYU logos or designs and creates no employment, agency or exclusivity relationship. Any gifted or paid collaboration requires a separate written agreement before work begins. Terms version: ICYU Content Permission 2026-10-14.

For accepted collaborations

Joining is your choice. Once you accept a specific gifted or paid collaboration, the agreed content and deadlines still apply. We agree on the merchandise or payment, deliverables, content permissions and cancellation arrangements in writing before dispatch. You remain free to give your honest opinion; merchandise or payment is never conditional on a positive review. Clearly disclose gifted products and other compensation in promotional content. Sponsored creator features will be identified and will not be presented as verified-purchase customer reviews.
