OVERVIEW
This website is operated by ICYU Brand. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ICYU Brand.
By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced herein, including our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc.
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse or restrict service when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse, harassment, policy violations, or unlawful activity.
You may not use our website, products, or services for unlawful purposes, violate applicable laws, introduce malicious code, interfere with the operation of the website, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
SECTION 3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, images, descriptions, sizing information, and other product information accurately.
However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting, or display settings.
We do not guarantee that every product image or color displayed electronically will exactly match the physical product.
SECTION 4 – PRICING & ORDERS
Prices, product availability, promotions, and product details may change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel or refuse orders when reasonably necessary, including orders involving:

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, any amount owed for the canceled portion will be refunded to the original payment method.
SECTION 5 – ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Customers may cancel an eligible order within 15 minutes of purchase.
After the 15-minute cancellation window, an order may enter processing or production and can no longer be canceled.
Certain ICYU Brand products may be made-to-order, produced after purchase, personalized, or otherwise prepared specifically for an order.
Custom or personalized products may have additional return restrictions as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Cancellation and return eligibility are subject to our posted Return & Refund Policy and any rights provided by applicable law.
SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
ICYU Brand is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
For lost, stolen, delayed, returned, or delivered packages, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
SECTION 7 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Eligible return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the requirements of that policy, including merchandise that has been worn, washed, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the applicable return period.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
SECTION 8 – PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
If you experience a problem with an order, we encourage you to contact support@icyubrand.com first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, ICYU Brand reserves the right to provide relevant transaction information to the payment processor, card issuer, bank, or other appropriate party, including order records, customer communications, tracking information, proof of shipment, and delivery confirmation.
We reserve the right to restrict or refuse future transactions associated with confirmed fraudulent activity, abusive purchasing behavior, or misuse of our services.
SECTION 9 – FRAUD PREVENTION
To protect ICYU Brand and our customers, orders may be reviewed for potential fraud or unauthorized activity.
We reserve the right to cancel, hold, or decline suspicious transactions and, where appropriate, request additional information reasonably necessary to verify an order.
SECTION 10 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may use or provide access to third-party services, payment processors, applications, tools, or links.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. ICYU Brand is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third parties except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, comments, feedback, or other content to ICYU Brand, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and share that content for legitimate business and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.
You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate the rights of another person.
SECTION 12 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, protections, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ICYU Brand will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, products, or services.
Where legally permitted, our aggregate liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

We may suspend or terminate access to our services when reasonably necessary because of violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or conduct that threatens our business, customers, or systems.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without limiting any consumer protections that apply under applicable law.
SECTION 18 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our policies and other terms posted on the website, constitute the agreement governing your use of our website and purchases from ICYU Brand.
A failure by ICYU Brand to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.
